I live 2500 miles away from Philly but would suggest you routinely check Craig's List in the area you are looking. Search under "diesel cars" & "biodiesel". People can advertise on Craig's List for FREE. I bought a used VW engine & my '86 Jetta diesel cheap off of Craig's List. 
By the way, does anyone know how Craig's List is funded? They perform a valuable service for free but there obviously is some cost in maintaining Craig's List. I think Craig's List is one reason why the newspapers are in trouble.
