[Vwdiesel] 98 TDI no glow

James-I don't mean to denigrate the role of glow plugs - my point was that
unless he's in the mountains or far north, it's unlikely that the glow plugs
would cause a total failure to start at this time of year.  Logic would then
dictate that if the car is indeed not starting, the glow plugs are probably
not the true cause.
