[Vwdiesel] '02 Golf starts/dies

It's cool to feed a VE with up to 6 psi, but no more.
Bosch guys tell me that they are actually designed to pull fuel from a tank
that is nearly horizontal. Make it lift much, and it will perform better
with a lift pump in place.
