[Vwdiesel] pump still leaks

the injection pump is a very precision pump, if you fail to get all the rust
out or the rust is in the wrong spots (pump plunger or housing), you have
the possible outcomes from, working fine, to not working to all and trashing
all your injectors with bits of crap pumped into them.
