[Vwdiesel] 107A pump timing

  You sure it's a 107-A, not a 107-AG or such?  They run great at 
1.15mm but also run great at 1.05mm but at lower speeds, like 55mph.
  The smoking sounds more like worn injectors but the lack of power 
could be timing, could be the injectors also.
