[Vwdiesel] Go for Head Studs or Bolts?

I am kind of at a cross roads here, I am looking at wether to get 11mm
Stretch Headbolts or 11mm Headstuds, I don't have a lot of money to work
with so shelling out the $110 dollars for the head studs is tough for me, I
know I don't want to use the 11mm non-stretch bolts and have heard the 11mm
stretch bolts will work well.

Opinions?
