Hi guys

I'm wondering if there's a website like this you guys use/like,
and/or can tell me about this car. You guys have always been so helpful.

I'm in the process of buying a 2000 jetta 2.0 L gas standard 5 spd (Bora?) to replace my 1991 diesel. It has about 212,000 km on the car, but it had the engine replaced with a factory rebuilt engine (about 10,000 km ago) from a parts supply store here in Canada, I believe he said it cost around $2000, and I'm buying the car for $7000 canadian. He just found the reciept, I'll see it when I pick it up it was a condition I had for the sale. He had it replaced because of scoring in the cylinders on the old engine which was too expensive to fix, he's the second owner.
The air conditioning seals were just replaced, along with the coolant in the a/c.
Were there any issues and bulletins I should know about?
Is it true the antifreeze never needs replacing? Sounds hard to believe.
He's also been replacing the oil with the VW recommended type since the rebuilt engine was put in.
There's no leaks anywhere, even on the shocks and struts, and everything sounds, looks, and feels good.
I'm used to doing the work on my old one, as long as it didn't involve going inside the engine.
No accidents.
foot note: The engine that was replaced was just the engine with all the necessary sensors attached, and the belt, no alt, starter, or manifold.
