  I'd just filled the 36 gallon tank on my work van.  I was backing 
down a ramp, into a basement loading area, when suddenly BAM!
I was afraid of what had happened so I quickly pulled up on the 
level.  The owner was coming up with a forklift, shaded by the 
darkness of the building, so I couldn't see him. Of course he was 
running up the ramp with his empty forks about 16" in the air, just 
high enough to skewer the middle of my full tank.
  He then blamed me because he was "yelling" and I didn't stop!  He 
later paid for someone to weld my tank up.
