Second update of the night:  I had asked everyone about my wifes '09 TDI
blower motor fuse a few weeks ago.  According to Bently, heater blower motor
fuse was supposed to be a 40 amp fuse in slot "SC-22".  But that slot was
empty on her car, and no 40 amp fuse was present.

My wife played the helpless female with the dealer service manager on her
way through town a day or two later.  He showed her the spot where the
blower motor fuse was, and there was only a 30 amp fuse in there.  He had no
explanation why, and said that it was supposed to be a 40 amp fuse.  He
replaced it with a 40 amp fuse and no problems since.  I haven't looked in
her car yet to see which slot it is, but suffice it to say that the fuse box
layout in Bently for this '09 TDI is inaccurate.  Had I taken the time to
pull every fuse out of the box one by one, I could have found the blown one,
it was visible from the side of the fuse...

Brought him a 12 pack and he was happy.  Next time I pop open the fuse
panel, I'll post which slot that is for the archives.
