I have read that the ALH engines if ran out of fuel need something to reset it to start though. Might want to look into that first. Some people that have run them out of fuel have ran into this issue. My BEW engine hasn't had that issue when I did the lift pump though. Although I think I may now be getting close to cam change out time. I think I will be going with Colt Cam with they have been getting 10 HP and 4 MPG more on average. I also need to do an oiling mod to the cam at the time and change the TTY bolts out to not stretch bolts which are cheaper and reuseable. Some good head rebuilders have been doing all 3 things.
