Total glow plug failure.

Check GP fuse on firewall.

Test 1:  Connect 12v test lamp between plug #4 (easiest to get at)and batt
neg. (Ground).
Cycle the glow  plugs, No light? check fuse, relay, wiring.

Test 2:   connect a jumper cable from Battery positive + to plug #4, 

Wait 30 seconds and attempt start. Starts OK? plugs ok.
disconnect cable quickly.

No start, plugs are toast.
