I found an injector tester from www.mercedessource.com & think I will buy it. The tester is supposed to work on most Bosch VE pumps except for TDIs. It will also work for my 300SD & probably for my Citroen CX diesel as well. I suspect at least one bad injector on my Quantum but since I have some injectors I can salvage from my 1980 Dasher, I wonder if those injectors are interchangeable with the Quantum's? The injectors in my 1981 Dasher sound good so there are injectors I can get from my '81 Rabbit & the 1.6 spare engine I bought as well.
