[Vwdiesel] need TBC hardware...any ideas?

Mark: this diagram is very enlightening. i have one piece which is, i
believe, a #18. and, of course, the #19 grommets.
these are my assertions from the diagram, please tell me if i am correct:
- the bolts on the lower side of the head and the bracket to the right of
the IP have a metal bushing under the grommet and a washer over it, holding
the grommet fast in place
- the bolts on the upper side of the head and the middle of the cover
have a metal spacer(#17) that allows the grommet to float a bit under the
washer
does the spacer #17 have any shoulders? i guess that'll be a pretty easy
part to dial in if i have to make them.

Hayden: yep, i have the cover itself, all i need is the hardware. if you
have a set just name your price.
