Glad to report I reflled the injection pump and it coughed to life! Need to
re-seal the oil pan, but besides that it is running happy!

 Make sure you don't have the pump 180 off.  If it's a turbo pump
it's a tad hard to fill it by pouring it in.  If it's an NA pump, you can
pull the outlet bolt and pour it full.  You can also put an air  hose and
rag to the fuel filler while someone bleeds the lines out at the pump.
