[Vwdiesel] Temperature and Gas Gauge

I can't offer any useful advice other than to say fuel gauges aren't as
necessary as you might think.  My first two cars had broken or semi-broken
gauges, and the only time I ever ran out of gas was when I did it
intentionally to see just how far I could go. :)

You know a full tank is good for 500/600/x00 miles, so just watch the
odometer and error on the side of caution.
