[Vwdiesel] Headbolt Washers

They help spread the load between the alloy head and the hardened steel bolt. I have some extra I can drop in an envelope if you need them.

I am missing two of my headbolt washers, but it seems like the bolts have
plenty of space in the bolt holes to go down without bottoming out without
the washers. So are the washers a neccessary step?
