[Vwdiesel] Junkyard observations

So, I was in the junkyards yesterday trying to find some various and 
sundry parts for me and some friends/relatives.  I walked through 5 of 
them and didn't find but maybe 5 A4 Jettas.  I really need the trunk mat 
since I had an "incident" involving a heavy toolbox and a gallon of oil  :(

What I did see, however, was New Beetles stacked everywhere.  Probably 
two dozen of them.  Anyone know why the proportions are so weird?
