  The two best oil cutters I've found so far are "Super Clean" and 
Tide liquid.  The Super Clean (purple, gallon jug) does great on 
overall crap like a grungy shirt but also will cut the yellow/brown 
buildup on the gas pump vender root.  The Tide was unbelieveable 
on Dad's carport and garage floors.  They weren't horrible but all 
the more why I wanted to be able to get them fairly clean.  It did 
better than acid etching.  Don't think I tried the Super Clean for 
that yet.
