  I'd always heard it in reference to basically ANY amount.  Usually in 
reference 
to additives, cetane boosters and such.  Generally it was stated that if a 
product 
contained alcohol, read closely and it's NOT intended for diesel use.  I 
was then 
warned that IF it said it was for diesel and contained alcohol, do NOT use 
it.
  Personal experience has been that anything that had alcohol usually had a 

warning against using it in a diesel.
