[Vwdiesel] This is VW Diesel, new proto type looks like it will happen, 258 MPG

Haven't seen the car, but I can't imagine our overly-protective nanny government will allow any car that is small/light enough to achieve 258 MPG to be sold in the US, unless it could somehow be titled as a moped-like vehicle or something.  (I've seen enclosed three-wheeled vehicles that can be titled as a motorcycle to avoid many of the rules.)
