[Vwdiesel] What was this recall and when ?? 4 new PD injector modules, what??

I spoke to Speedway VW in Victoria, BC a few weeks ago, and they had no news
about a recall for the recalled recall. They were unable to confirm if my
car had had the original recall or the followup recall, as neither were
listed as current campaigns. (if it becomes an issue, I may press them, or
call the other 2 dealers in the area). I do know that the GPs were replaced
by a private repair shop 1 year ago using Autolite 11V units. Temps have not
been below 5C here, so it's hard to tell if I will have a problem or not
this winter. A few times, it has cranked a second or two before firing.
