[Vwdiesel] Running a little hot, Radiator a little cool.

Your radiator could be clogged, as long as there is good flow into
the reservoir tank, then the water pump is functioning. Perhaps the fan is
not kicking on? You could also pull the thermostat and boil it to see if it
is opening fully
