  If it's easier, it seems like you could fanagle a pushrod to run the 
hydraulic clutch and with a cable operated throttle sensor, you 
could mount that "anywhere" and run a cable to it from your 
exisiting pedal.
  IIRC you'll need to swap in a cable shifter for your tranny.
