Yeap, wet carpets will not be ruined that fast unless the sit and sit and
mildew.  pull them out and let that hot TX sun bake them.
The insolation will dry as well but should be pulled.  Can't help you on the
head liner

A shop vac will work well to get the water out.

Then probably a good idea to pull the carpets and dry under them, there is
probably wet padding/insulation.  At least get an edge or corner up so some air
can flow.  Blow a fan in there pointed under the carpets too.

Also a few canisters of Damp Rid (found at Home Depot-type stores) will absorb
humidity from the air, so if you have to park with the windows closed, as the
sun warms the car and the water evaporates, it will be absorbed.
