[Vwdiesel] 1.9TD AAZ timing belt

Hey all,

This will be my first posting, but im trying to do a 1.9TD AAZ timing belt 
change, then i will be putting it into a Caddy. How do I remove the Sprockets 
that holds the Cam and the Injection pump. Please give guidance...
