I have that thought a lot--thinking how to make an eco-custom.  
Particularly here in TX where a number of those old small British and 
Italian cars have survived.  Dad does have this MG project going 
on.........  I wonder what he's going to do with the leftover parts 
car.  I can't help but think a TDI engine would make that thing hum.

Of course, I can barely keep my stock VWs on the road so........
