I have an AAZ in my 94 Jetta, I'll try to take some pics of the cooler
hook-up today and email to you.
I know one of them splices in to the bypass hose that goes from the head
(upper rad hose) fitting, down the front of the engine to the water pump.
This 1.5" hose has a "tee" near the oil cooler to connect to it.
I think the other splices in to the heater return line from the heater to
the water pump....on 1.6L engines, that is the 1/2" steel pipe that passes
by the starter, under the oil filter, and is connected to the water pump by
a short length of hose. On original equipment, it has a "tee" to connect to
the oil cooler.
