  There's always the chance that some clean GOOD oil and some 
hard driving might clear up the binding, if it's coking or carbon 
buildup.  As I recall, Hagar had similar issues but most of that was 
worn injectors.  Still, if it was loafed around and had the wrong 
oil, that could easily build up on the turbine wheel, bearings and 
even clog up the exhaust.  
  Just an optimistic possibility...
