[Vwdiesel] Trying to get the OS sensor out of my A4 Jetta TDI last (fwd)

AZ and other local parts stores have "loaner" tools, which normally include
a 13/16 and 7/8 (22mm) heavy duty flare tool, which will pass the
wires through the opening in the tool. Since they are 1/2 square drive
you can use extensions, flex tools, breaker bars and whatever.

Also, the old cancle wax trick may work. When the sensor is warm,
let a little candle wax melt into the threads. Do that for a day or two
if you are driving it, and then try things.

If it helps, I have always managed to get O2 sensors out of pipes, without
damage to the pipe or the car.

Pretty easy to get to once the belly pan is off.
22mm nut.
the sensor is just past the bend in the down pipe off the turbo.
I was a=A0pull-in on this puppy.=A0 NO GO.=A0 Does anyone have any tricks.
if I can get the box wrengh on it, I would feel better.=A0 I am not sure if=
 the 6 =

pin connector at the other end of=A0the wires will=A0fit throught the box o=
pening.
I guess I could just cut that connector off because I bit the=A0bullet and =
ordered =

a=A0new heated OS=A0sensor.
Maybe I need=A0a short piece of pipe to give me some more leverage on that =

sucker.......but=A0not=A0that much room to move things around up there.=A0 =
I think =

getting the box end of the 22mm on that sensor will be a must.
