[Vwdiesel] looking for rabbit IP bracket, loss of power update

I have a mk2 jetta eng. going into a cabrio and i need the ip bracket that is used for the rabbit diesels. I have the actual mount. I also need the mount that bolts on withthe starter and to the core support, under the radiator. 
loss of power: confirmed the valve timing is correct so i took the car to my mechanic. he believes the IP is out of correct timing by one tooth and needs to be advanced.it was suffering from a clogged fuel filter and operated better after that correction though still weak.
