[Vwdiesel] mkII diesel valve adjustment

Also, ETKA only shows the part number for hydro lifters after '85 (no solid
lifter part number shown), despite showing the drawing with a shim that
says "part unknown", lol.  Do '85s really count?  Shouldn't they be called
a mk1.95?
