It is a little harder then just bending some pipe for the exhaust replacement. The pipe I saw but don't have the time to find has a boat lot of sensor holes int it. And if it is like the PD O2 sensor hole then they are a hard thread to find as well. And you  HAVE to have a tune when doing that. The tune for them is around $700 and then you have the cost of the downpipe which I will guess at the $700 range.
