[Vwdiesel] Guess what I bought?

I'll take "an injector was steaming instead of spraying and overheated the
piston" for $10 (Jeopardy)
I've have an ALH sitting on the floor from an '01 that has a seized piston
(broke the connecting rod) but didn't damage the block.
I bought a salvage engine for it. Haven't taken it apart to find out why it
seized.

The biggest issue may getting the torque converter off (if it is an
automatic trans) the flywheel now that it can't be rotated to remove the
bolts.

Green 1998 Jetta mk3 tdi with frozen engine, siezed while cranking so I
suspect little to no damage. Got for 600, will let you know how it goes
