[Vwdiesel] oil pump binding

Vac pump is out, not binding there, shaft is free. I was thinking of
using the OLD pump to press in the bushing that's on the block.

I think the shaft itself is binding? I could spin the pump around, but
couldn't spin the shaft itself, NOR could I pull the pump/shaft assembly
out without a couple minutes of yanking.

Pump looks the exact same, fits fine. Just doesn't turn when torqued
down.

Grrr!
