   Ahh, spontaneous warp field collapse!  Dad's was a kinked vacuum hose, 
right at the little solenoid thingy on the firewall.  Never threw a CEL 
though, 
just went to sublight until you turned the key off and back on again to 
reset 
the dilithium array and realign the antimatter injectors.  If you 
accelerated below 
a threshold, it'd hold just fine but step it up just above that and 
kaplooey, down 
goes the dilithium matrix again!
