And this is because they don't understand that the valves have to be ground 
down on top if much is taken off the valves and seats when reground. I don't 
know why they don't realize that, as it seems like common sense to me! 
Otherwise, the valve sits farther "down" in the seat, and there is nothing 
to take up this additional slack.
