[Vwdiesel] 1.6 TD prechamber talk

Hello everyone,

Its been a very long time since I have posted, but I am finally getting my butt into gear and moving forward with my 1.6TD Vanagon project.  I am moving forward with the TD rebuild, Bottom end complete.  I am cleaning up the head, checking for flatness (and it's good!).  But in the process of cleaning and blowing it off with compressed air, a couple of the prechambers popped out.  So, I decided if a couple of them popped out, I should try to see if the others will come out too.  Sure enough, they all popped out with compressed air only.  OK, I have read "Fine, put them back in, peen the head, everything will be OK".  Well upon further inspection all 4 of them have at least 1 small crack propagating from the thin part of the port exit.  Now, I am scared to run them.  Has anyone purchased and ran new prechambers in their head?  I read on the GTD forum a post about this place in Italy that sells them?  I tried to reply but I am not a member and
 the list is closed for some reason.  Anyone else need new prechambers and care to do a group buy?  I think shipping is pretty steep so maybe it'll work out to buy a bunch?

Its good to be back reading about diesels again :)
