[Vwdiesel] Brake Rattle

This is Milton back from Philippines. Getting my 81 diesel TD pickup motorhome back on road.  I have an annoying very metallic  rattle that disapperars soon as I apply brakes.  The noise seems to come from drivers side. The front wheels/discs/calipers are from 14 inch Jetta...Are anti rattle clips adjustable? They dont look like it. Any other idea where this rattle comes from?
