The rear window (or any lift window for the rabbit) glass holder is just a $10-20 ebay part. I have bought 2 or 3 of them as mine were rusted out as well. Helps to have someone holding up the glass for you after you pull the door card (get the tool to pull the door card so you don't ruin it). Then you just unbolt the old old and bolt the new one in. I think 2 bolts. Hardest part is getting the glass in the new holder and getting it centered so it rolls up and down good.
