[Vwdiesel] Removing Turbo Oil Supply Line

Pulling the head off of an '02 Jetta TDI, ALH engine.

One of the final steps is removing the turbo oil lines.  I am having a hard time getting the oil supply line off/out.  I undid the flare nut, but the line won't lift out of the turbo.  

Is it just stuck and needs some wiggling, or do I need to remove the little fitting that the flare nut attaches to?  If so, how?  I couldn't easily get a wrench on it.
