[Vwdiesel] TDI PD stumbling low rpm and high pitch sing is back

Sounds exactly how I described my singing problem. It took months to
finally figure it out.
It was the serpentine belt tensioner touching the front cover. It would
vary from time to time.
You can see the tensioner from above and it would not be hard to figure out
if that is your problem.
