Yeah, unless Paypal's changed their setup you'll STILL think you're  being 
scammed!
When I was visiting Shalyn, I bought a <$30 item on ebay.  When I  went to 
pay I was 
locked out.  It gave a link which popped up a nearly blank window  asking 
for my CC 
number!  So I went directly to Paypal.  Same thing!  I  figured I picked up 
a trojan, spent 
a half hour on the phone and FINALLY got a person and an answer.  It  was 
legit but looked 
just like a scam page from 10 years ago!  You go to log on and it just  
popped up, no 
notification thatI was logged on and a restriction, just "restricted" and I 
 needed to enter 
my credit card number!  All because I tried to pay for something "out  of 
my area."  No 
warning, no questions asked, simply locked out.  Had to put in a new  
password, etc.
REALLY irritating and unoffocial-like.
