If you can see where the circuit track is broken through the tint, you can
cut away the tinting with a fresh razor where the track needs repairing
(very carefully of course) mask the track, and repair it without making it
obvious at all.  If you can't see it, you can test for voltage through the
tint film with needles.

Well, I learn something new everyday. Nice to know it can be fixed and how
now. My issue fixing it is the tint job now. I have lived with it this long
so i think I can continue unless more were to crap out.
