[Vwdiesel] Pump timing 1.6 Turbo

The pump probably comes off a Quantum, or it certainly would over here. As
they only had cy engines over here

The timing of 1mm may be a little advanced, although standard in the Bentley 
for the MF engine.
It will depend on the actual break pressures of your injectors. If they have 
aged and dropped engine will advance.
Can you check pressures, or quality of spray pattern?
I'm set to about 135bar and 0.7mm for my TD Quantum CY engine.!

One answer is to try altering the timing once warmed up and 'tune it' for 
best idle and ignore the 1mm standard
