[Vwdiesel] Looking for CS cable, banjo fittings & coolant pipe

 Hi all, for a waste veggie oil conversion I need a few more pieces so I can start plumbing it together. I need the banjo fitting for the fuel filter input and the metal coolant pipe from the water pump that wraps around the engine to the overflow and heater core. It is the one that bolts to the block not the starter I need the bolt as well. Also my cold start cable outer sleeve is broken anyone have one or a complete cable available? It is the one with the CS on the knob. 

These are needed for a 1984 VW Diesel Pick Up as applied to a Grumman Kubvan.
