I've bought from PROTHE, even returned some small items for replacement.
If you understand that you get what you pay for, I think you'll be fine
ordering from him.  Cheap Chinese stuff at cheap prices, seems fair, but
I usually try to buy somewhere else.  P.S. I've had BAD luck with
knockoff (TopLine) head parts (which is what PartPlace sells).

Aluminum Head Rebuilders is not cheap, but they have a great reputation.
