[Vwdiesel] Add just turbo to NA?

A clarification: you can do the hill and EGT thing with an NA, but not 
too many NA trucks around any more.  The increased RPM at the same 
speed (i.e. "leaner" A/F ratio) will show lower EGT for same HP.
