[Vwdiesel] valve adjustment tools

I got one of the KD Tools compressors, and it was to skinny. I drilled it out,
shimmed it wider, and reassembled with a couple of rivets (not pop rivets).
It's a pain, and it just barely works. I was happy to get rid of the
shims on the 1.5 when I transitioned to the 1.6 engines.

KD has a shim puller which works, but I found it faster to use the
compressed air method, although a little messier if the engine hasn't been
sitting for a couple of days to drain down.

The magnetic approach might work. Back then rare earth magnets were rarer.
I doubt that magnetization of the shims would be significant, and they could
always be erased with a bulk tape degausser (handy on screwdrivers and other
tools.)
