[Vwdiesel] second tank heated

Back when I was mixing veggie oil and diesel, I just put a cheapo inline filter before the stock filter and kept a spare in the trunk.  I did prefilter the oil too.

That helped significantly in the lifespan of the factory fiilter.

I am pretty sure the micron filter rating of the Bosch and Mann filters is about 7 or 8.
Filtering the WVO before putting it in the tank is key, but a 2 filter setup is fine as well.
I guess you would make the first filter a 10 micron filter.

does  anyone have any experience with using the stock fuel filter with veggie oil?

it seems like it would clog fast.  and whats the micron rating....probably more than the minimum of 5 micron
