URGENT ! !

! ! ! OUT OF OIL. DO NOT DRIVE! ! !

If you remove the speedo cable (and gear, with it) shove in a stick
vertically till it bottoms on the internal shelf, and pull it out, you
should see at least 1 inch on the stick. (Car is on level ground!)


Drain all the oil thru the bung on the bottom of the diffy (17mm spud) I
made a wrench by welding a wheel bolt in the end of a 14" length of flat iron)

Then replace with 2 liters (2US qt) #90 gear lube.

You may have caught it in time.
